As a mom I know how hard it is to make yourself a priority. Us women have it ingrained into our brain that we are the nurturers and caretakers to all, and that if we put our needs first, we are selfish. That is a heavy load to carry. I have learned that putting my physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health first allows me to give the best parts of me to the ones that I love. It wasn't always easy for me to learn how to love myself enough to take care of my well being. I used to struggle with body image issues, restrictive eating, perfectionism, and being a people pleaser. I used to suppress my emotions in fear of upsetting others. I didn't have healthy boundaries. One day I decided, enough is enough! I wanted to reclaim my power and live life MY way. I decided I wanted to take action and be the best version of myself that I could be. I started off with making small changes. Those small changes lead me to the most amazing transformation. I felt like a whole new person. I started to feel balance in my life. I felt passionate and purposeful. I started waking up excited to start my day which was something I never thought was possible. I began to see things in a different light. I started feeling less like a victim and more like a victor. And because of my amazing transformation, my purpose is to help others feel the same. I am here to show you an easy and graceful way to allow change into your life. I am here to help you show up for yourself in ways you never thought possible.
